Perry Homes Development Timeline

January 13, 2026

  • Water, sewer, and storm sewer system is expected to be complete by end of January 2026
  • Paving is expected to start at the beginning of February 2026 and finish mid to late March 2026
  • Storm Inlets, ADA ramps, and meter boxes will installed and expected to be complete mid June 2026
  • Franchise Utilities will be installed and take a few months to complete . Completion is estimated to be September 2026
  • Landscaping, irrigation, and hardscapes will be completed early 2027
